He Opened Up the Heavens ...
The shhhhhhhhh of rainsilences all in its falling -
none dare disturb the holy
hush except a rumble of
thunder echoing through
celestial corridors of sky.
Congregants below kneel
in thanksgiving, for God
heard their cries for mercy:
He opened up the Heavens
what had been sewn shut -
beautiful, lifegiving r a i n!
