Living where we do, you'd thinkunderground shelter would be
mandatory: nope. Not cost-
effective or the ground shifts
too much or they flood -- have
heard all the excuses as
to why none, here. What is one
life worth? What is the price for
a little peace of mind? Too
damn much, apparently. And
so, we dance with the Devil
and pray he doesn't kill us
in the middle of the night:
what other choice do we have?!?
